Power of Overthinking was created as one of the final year projects, a project given by ISTD to The National College of Art and Design

This is an ISTD project that explores
bout negative and positive side effects
of overthinking.
These effects then would get visualised according to common of association as well as personal perspective as an overthinker, all while using text as the main medium for visualisation due to ISTD requirements

With this project, I wanted to shed light on how overthinking impacts individuals who suffer from it on a daily basis, whether negative or positives.
The way I was able to spread out the contents was through Instagram in the form of 43 posts, 10 positives, 10 negatives, then a collection of them all in two different formats, as well as qr code that would lead to the booklet with the rest of the information.
